First up: Breathing!
When instructors cue breath patterns, it's to help you move smoothly. Here are some cues and their benefits: "Exhale to engage your abs" activates deep abdominal muscles for spinal support. "Breathe wide into your ribcage" promotes mobility. "Let your breath facilitate the flow" supports smooth transitions.
