2026 Pilots of the Caribbean!

Those of you waiting for this announcement…. Here are some videos of the location we will be jumping into. The view is one of the most incredible in the US. The videos don’t do them justice. Your fearless leaders did a jump into the location just as a storm was rolling in, the clouds were at 4,000 feet and the winds were gusting over competition wind limits. Needless to say the view is even more amazing when the sun is shining. It IS a perfect spot for freestyle. No lip and we can approach from any side of the sand bar! Plus we are still less than 2 miles from Blackbeards ACTUAL shipwreck! 💀🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️💀

We are aiming for a 5 or 6 round competition (we will confirm which of those two options at a later date). We will have multiple boats running as safety boats, safety swimmers, transportation boats, and spectators will be able to hang out and watch. The spectators will hitch a ride from a public ramp just a few minutes from the DZ. We will have music playing and we are working on food options at the sandbar. We will be rinsing everyone’s gear at the end of the weekend with the help of another rigger on site, so that you will leave with crystal clean gear. Reserve packjobs will be available Monday after the comp if anyone wants to stay and get them packed before traveling home. We will be having a really awesome awards ceremony and the entire town leans into its pirate history, so there will be a lot of social activity going on. We will be doing practice jumps Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before the comp. The competition dates are July 11 & 12!

This is a great place to go on vacation, let alone see from the sky, so don’t miss out! Registration will be open later today on www.swoopleague.com!!!
