Sheriff Mike Chitwood meeting with the VCSO COPs
Volusia County Sheriff's Office Citizen Observer Program (COPs) is seeking volunteers. We patrol in 4 hours shifts; mornings, afternoons and evenings. The next training class is in March. Please call Tim Lamprey 386-423-3352 ext 16542 for additional information and an application.

EVOC training class. This is the perception /reaction portion of the 6 hours of training. Each COP volunteer has to take the class every other year in order to drive a patrol car.

Our COPs volunteered enmasse to help with course management during the 4th Annual Bruce Rossmeyer's Destination Daytona Motorcycle Challenge. This event raises funds for the Florida Youth Ranches.
