hello all comma new dropping classes for $15 a person starting now small class sizes two to three students give me a call to set something up.

from a defensive standpoint the first punch is all that matters. whether it is your opponent's first punch which allows you to adapt to his movement and it enter his space causing drama and ending the conflict, or it is a first punch that is thrown by you the practitioner, obviously considering the p your chosen movement opens up or closes. first punch mentality is it good place to be don't pick going farther than three hits but be ready for 3000. si-fu Corey Dunn

strategic note of the day: know your preferred side during kombat. what does this mean? given the physics of our existence, we are symmetrical creatures with two set of extremities. in trainingconcentration and efforts will be given to secure an array of techniques for your own personal use during combat situations. therefore a behavior must be developed within the fighterin order to utilize those techniques. the simple fact exists that when within a real combat situation there is minimal time to reacteven when using the conscious mind and intellect as a weaponthis is something that takes years to master. so having a go to side that you are comfortable fastest your best technique fastest technique excetera. knowing what you're going to doin given a situation occurs and you're able to react. because you've chosen a side.
