One of the things to understand about life is "the younger you learn about pain and how to deal with it, the faster you'll grow".
It is very easy to get injured one time and then decide to quit because you don't want to get hurt.
Everybody wants to get to the highest level, but not take the responsibility of what it takes to reach that level. The journey ...will... involve pain and suffering. That's just reality.
The moments you begin to feel like you're reaching your lowest point is actually the best moment to test yourself on how much you want something.
Logan is a good example on showing that perseverance, even when he felt like quitting, he showed up a few minutes afterwards and kept working hard, and in the end, he was fine.
Any athlete in any sport are gonna get injured or cut themselves. That's simply part of the game.
Every injury is a lesson that stays with you forever.
"If you ever think about quitting, think about why you started".
