Members we have some exciting news to share! We now have an app available in the Apple store, and the Google app is coming very soon. What does this app do for you? Well very soon it’s going to give you access to the door system! But you will also find your own portal, where you can track your workouts, check the schedule, and update your payment information! We need you to update that payment information ASAP, which includes direct withdrawal from banking accounts, which we have never offered before! We love growth and change and developing new resources for expanding needs! The new door system will be operational soon, so please update your information so that you will have access! Classes for the short week ahead

We are so pleased to announce an initiative to lessen our footprint on this great earth- we now offer small cloth towels for cleaning equipment or personal use in a concerted effort to reduce paper waste - pick up a clean towel and leave the soiled for us
