We have an exciting opportunity to host a competition as part of the Delano 4th of July Festivities!!!

Teams of 2 (FF or MM) will compete the morning of July 2nd! Scaled, Intermediate abs Rx divisions will offer something for everyone. More details to come shortly!

If you did look at the heats early, there were a couple updates. Also, one update to the Video for Event #1: All athletes will start at the blue line (similar to the other events). If you have any questions, let us know at check in tomorrow, or there will be a volunteer in the athlete staging/warm up area.

40 Single Arm DB Thrusters
10 Synchro Hang Power Cleans
60 Med Ball Pull Over Sit Ups
10 Synchro Hang Power Cleans
80 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
10 Synchro Hang Power Cleans
60 Med Ball Pull Over Sit Ups
10 Synchro Hang Power Cleans
40 Single Arm DB Thrusters
10 Synchro Hang Power Cleans

*Cleans are synchro at the top in the front rack. If one athlete is there first, they can wait in the front rack.
*Movements other than the synchro cleans, you split how you want, one person working while the other rests.
*Thrusters can be any side, you do not need to switch sides if you don’t want to.
*Med Ball must touch floor and toes during the sit up.
*Rx must have two foot take off on the burpee over bar.

Start with 10 rounds, You Go, I Go
4 T2B (Scaled: Hanging Leg Raises)
6 Single DB Alternating Devil’s Press
One athlete completes a full round, then the second person completes their round (5 rounds each).

*Devil’s Press must alternate arms
*Face the crowd on the rig
*DB needs to stay where it starts to avoid tripping hazards by the rig
*Non-working athlete needs to be behind the DB, near the blue line
*Lunges are synchro at the top (standing lockout)
