Two different goals.
Same drive. Same focus.
And apparently… a little healthy competition too. 😂
But underneath the workout, this is what I love seeing:
Same team.
Same last name.
Growing healthier together.
They don’t need the same goal.
They don’t need the same strength level.
They don’t even need to train exactly the same way.
They just need to keep showing up for themselves and for each other.
One study of couples found that only about one-third reported exercising together during the previous week. And research around couples and physical activity suggests that exercising together and supporting each other’s activity can be associated with greater activity, enjoyment, and relationship satisfaction.
But sometimes the best benefit can’t be measured in sets, reps, or calories.
It’s laughing together.
Challenging each other.
Encouraging each other.
Building habits together.
And choosing health as something you want to share for years to come.
“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil.”
— Ecclesiastes 4:9
Different goals.
Same team.
Same last name. ❤️
Stronger individually. Healthier together.
