Breathe Easy: Breath Practices to Help You Relax
Sunday 5/4 from 1-3pm

Bonnie and Jeny have teamed up to offer you an informative and equally peaceful experience that will allow you to slow down, tune-in and gain insight into which breath practices are most useful at any given time. 🧘‍♀️

You will pick up new techniques for integrating your breath into yoga poses and experience a guided Yoga Nidra practice which will restore balance to your nervous system. Jeny and Bonnie will go deeper into the philosophy as well as the physical, mental and emotional benefits of different breath practices.
