Sam came to me as a powerlifter at the end of 2025 wanting to move into competitive bodybuilding.

First portion of our time together has been getting him used to a different style of training, proper nutrition, and working on the low hanging fruit like sleep, stress perception, digestion, etc.

He is down 5” off his waist and almost 40lbs after our first 6 months working together.

Cardio is just walks outside with a weight vest, and his training is tailored to what he has access to in his garage gym.

The basics still work even if you don’t have access to the fanciest equipment.

Throughout the process, we have continued to bump up food and throw in untracked fives guys meals.

Great work brother 🤜🤛

Second competition of the year in the books for this training and nutrition client.

Took home gold in both Gi and No-Gi, winning his weight class and the open division.

We’re continuing to improve this season, with a few more competitions ahead before making another run at Worlds.

After his 2023 prep, he hit rock bottom, trouble sleeping, nausea during training, rapid fat gain, and a body that wouldn’t respond.

Over the last year we focused on rebuilding his health.

Now he’s sleeping better than ever, training hard again, and down 30 lbs.

Ethan came to me back at the end of June looking to improve his body composition and overall health.

We are down almost 30lbs and 4” off his waist while slowly working his food up.

Cardio has mainly been walks outside along with some stair master sessions sprinkled in for 4 weeks leading up to a hiking/hunting trip.

We will keep pulling down to get him closer to 10-12% body fat then we will pivot from there.

Ben is wrapping up his fat-loss phase soon.

We’ve kept things simple and consistent: 3 miles of outdoor walking daily, calories set at 3513 kcal on training days and 2920 kcal on non-training days, with 1–3 planned refeeds each week.

His GI health, skin, insulin sensitivity, and overall headspace are all in a solid place.

We will fill out the next few days then pulling a little more off.

He’s in a perfect spot for us to transition into a lean growth phase heading into the new year.

Drake started with me earlier this year with a clear goal: build lean muscle, get stronger, and improve his overall health and confidence.

He trains with me in person three times per week, plus a fourth session on his own, and his strength has climbed week after week.

Early on, he struggled to eat enough due to his LINX device, which also limited the supplements we could use to support his lab work. We adjusted, got creative, and found workable solutions. Since then, his progress has taken off.

He’s now heavier, leaner, eating nearly double the food he started with, and his energy and sleep have significantly improved.

Proud of the work you’ve put in, and we’re just getting started.

A bit late giving this guy a well deserved shoutout.

Back in June, MJ stepped on stage for his first Natural Bodybuilding Show winning his class in Classing Physique Novice and Open.

From a D1 Defensive Lineman to a bodybuilder, this has been two years in the making and well over 100 lbs lost.

What you don’t see in the photos are the nights he went straight from work to the gym after 12+ hour shifts.

The weeks his body had to adjust from day to night shift every week.

The personal life battles he still showed up through.

MJ is the definition of BE OPPOSITE, doing what others won’t, staying the course when it would’ve been easier for us to call it quits.

I couldn’t be more proud of you brother, I know your Pop, CiCi, and the rest of your family/friends are just as proud.

15 months of Progress.

Down just under 130 lbs.

It wasn’t always perfect and progress wasn’t linear, but he stayed consistent throughout the whole process.

Dylan came to me last year to work on some lingering health issues (specifically around energy/fatigue) he had been working on for quite awhile.

We have made leaps and bounds when it comes to those struggles and his overall health.

We are also down a few inches off his waist and over 25lbs without pushing any direct cardio outside of 6-8K steps.

We still have some more work to do but regardless he’s heading in the right direction.

Gina came to me in September 2024 looking to improve her overall health, body composition & stress management by developing sustainable habits that she could be consistent with as we prepped for her wedding which is today!

We saw improvements across all areas:

- Better scheduling & time management
- Improved stress perception
- Lost almost 20lbs & 5” off her waist
- Better overall health

We will move into a maintenance phase as she enjoys some trips post wedding then we will get back to work to keep improving body composition and health markers.
