Taking care of oneself includes mind, body and spirit. Take time for yourself, clear your head of clutter. Do some yoga - if you don't move very well try chair yoga or meditation. Even a few minutes in quiet solitude (yes where ever you can find a quiet corner) even the bathroom (LOL) can bring you back to peace. Then focus on the body... take a walk - get a massage -- do a little stretching! Fall is a time of preparation for the upcoming winter, the craziness of the holidays. It can bring joy or stress depending on your situation. Finally find time to heal your spirit. Always take care of you. You are no good to those who depend on you unless you are good to yourself! Love you all!

Found an interesting article about two studies conducted by the AMTA regarding massage therapy and aromatherapy on patients with dementia. It seems like aromatherapy in particular appears to lessen agitation and emotional disruptions at least in the four trials they looked at. Fascinating read!
