It has been a hot minute since I have personally made a post. Wendy has been killin’ it with the intricate dealings as we have been praying through the rebranding of Get Fit!!!! Allow me to clear up a few things as there may have been some confusion I hear🤔🤔🙏🏻🙏🏻….
👉Since the day I closed the doors in 2021, Wendy never left my side personally and professionally. She has been consistent, steadfast, and supportive in all areas of my life. She lovingly pursued me and NEVER ONCE left my side through the painful years of healing I went though🥹🙏🏻💘
👉Through her pursuit I prayed, fasted, and sought the Lord on …now what, what is your will, make it clear Jesus🙏🏻🔥💯The Lord ministered to my spirit The "Drowning Man" parable which illustrates that God provides help, but we must be willing to accept it. A man stuck on a roof during a flood prays for rescue. God sends a boat, then another, and finally a helicopter, but the man refuses all, believing God will save him directly. He drowns because he didn't use the help offered. This story is my Wendy. God put her in my life many years ago knowing we’d be here at this exact moment 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💓💓💓🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯
👉With those points mentioned, there are a small handful of people I’d partner with in business. Wendy is THE TOP number ONE person. I couldn’t be more proud to call her not only my business partner but one of my beloved best friends & soul sister forever to eternity!!

Before COVID, Many of us were a part of something incredibly special—a fitness space that supported individuals in Delaware for over a decade. It was more than just fitness classes. It was connection, healing, and a second home for so many of us.

Now, we’re working to bring that same heart and purpose back, with a renewed focus on trauma-informed care, community healing, and movement as a way to grow stronger. We will truly be doing things a lot differently this time as God doesn’t often give 2nd chances like this!

We’re doing everything we can to keep this next chapter right here in Delaware, where it all started. And to help get it off the ground, I’m exploring the idea of launching a Kickstarter campaign, not just to raise funds, but to show potential investors that the community still wants us in this space.
