Tonight we wear the X for Xavier.
Before stepping on the field, our boys marked their cheeks as a small symbol of something much bigger than the game—support, unity, and standing with a young player and his family going through an unimaginable moment.
Baseball teaches competition, but it also teaches community. Tonight, that part matters most.
We’re sending strength, prayers, and love from our dugout to theirs. 💛⚾️

Baseball teaches a lot more than wins and losses.
It teaches teamwork, resilience, humility, and faith.
Before the first pitch, before the scoreboard matters, and before the competition begins, these boys take a moment to bow their heads and remember what matters most.
Grateful for a team that understands that character is built long before championships are won. ⚾️🙏

Practice felt like we were training in a sauna today 🥵but those cooling rags were the real MVP between reps.
