Join me October 2-5, 2026 in the Catskills for a fall reset at my yoga retreat. 🧘‍♀️

⭐️We have rented an ENTIRE inn and spa, complete with indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, steam room, yoga studio, and fitness center, all set on 32 acres for walks and hiking. 🤩

Our meals will be thoughtfully prepared by highly rated Chef Deanna D’Angelo of Bovina, NY. Guests will enjoy 3 breakfasts, 3 brunches, and 3 dinners, featuring organic, farm-fresh ingredients, locally raised chicken and beef, and seasonal flavors that celebrate the best of the Catskills.

Plus, Ananda Priti joins us once again to offer her ever popular floating sound bath classes!
