We had such a great Saturday morning at the Van Wert Chamber’s EmpowHer Hour!

We were proud to not only sponsor this event, but have our own Coach Myriah Rode lead the ladies through Zumba and get everyone up, moving and having fun! 💪💃

Myriah was followed by Amy Deitemeyer of Bloom Journey, who led a relaxing breathwork session — the perfect combination of moving, breathing and taking a little time to recharge.

Peak co-owner Krista Schrader joined Myriah for the morning, and we loved being surrounded by so many amazing women from our area. 💕

Savannah & Ike met right here at Peak Fitness… and this weekend they’re getting MARRIED! 💍❤️

For their reception, they had the coolest idea — a weight plate guest book for their friends and family to sign. Of course, we had to hook them up with the plate! 😉 Now they’ll have a pretty awesome keepsake that ties right back to where their story first started.

We absolutely love that Peak got to play a small part in bringing these two together. 🥹

🏆 What an incredible weekend for Peak Fitness Center members! 🏆

This past weekend, two of our members, Kaden and Lainey, along with one of our trainers, Justin, competed in the Iron Dog Powerlifting Meet, and they absolutely showed up! 🔥

🏅 Justin took 1st place in his class and division (242/Open) and officially qualified to compete in the Arnold Classic this March! What an incredible accomplishment!

🏅 Lainey also took 1st place in her class and division (181/JR, ages 20–23)! On top of that, she set NEW STATE RECORDS in both the bench press AND squat for her class and division! 💥👏

💪 Kaden did an amazing job at his very first powerlifting meet and is already excited to get back out there for the next one!

We are incredibly proud of all three of them and the hard work, dedication, and strength they continue to show! We are honored that they choose to train at Peak Fitness Center👏
