Specialized personal training with focus on women especially after menopause. Yoga and cardio class. It’s moving the body while working the tight muscles.

Manual Muscle Movement Therapy is so much more than regular massage! This allows the body to function more efficiently after because movement helps heal the body. Sessions range from 30-75 minutes. Personal Training is completely customized to fit the needs of the client. No two programs are alike! The training consists of one on ones and having an app with workouts downloaded and ready to use.

The Vital Women’s Series isn’t about Nicole and I telling you what you need to do. It’s about you learning what works for you and your body. This series is about learning one thing each time that can begin to change your body and mind!

Next Week classes start! Who’s ready to join? I’ve been teaching for over 15 years and I think each season keeps getting better!

The schedule is ran in 6 week sessions and did you know that if you have a schedule conflict I adjust the pricing? 😉

The yoga I teach is focused and learning to move a bit easier, gain flexibility and at the end to just feel better. Most people say they sleep so much better that night!

Body Molding is a class I designed for my students to fit them. No cookie cutter classes. We us dumbbells, bands, stability balls, steps and weighted bars. You never know!

My motto for class is Do What you can and Let the Rest Go.

Body Molding is a 30 minute class designed personally by me for my students. A bit challenging, but not so bad you should be able to walk out at the end! 🤗
