Cameron Heyward continues to dominate at 37 years old, but ESPN has surprisingly dropped him to No. 70 in its Top 100 players ranking for 2026.

Heyward was ranked No. 58 last year before putting together another excellent season that earned him Second-Team All-Pro honors. Since turning 35, he has recorded 11.5 sacks, 19 QB hits and 17 passes defended.

Now the longtime Pittsburgh Steelers leader has another reason to enter Year 16 with something to prove.

Mike McCarthy just made a HUGE statement about Pittsburgh Steelers rookie Drew Allar.

After an impressive preseason debut, the Pittsburgh head coach believes Allar has the talent of a much higher draft pick.

In his first NFL action, the rookie completed 10 of 13 passes for 153 yards and 2 touchdowns, while adding a rushing score as the Steelers rolled past the Packers 28-9.

McCarthy said: 🗣️ “I don’t know what you’re looking at if you don’t see a first-round talent in Drew.”

That’s massive praise for a player Pittsburgh selected in the third round.

With Aaron Rodgers expected to lead the Steelers this season, Allar has the perfect opportunity to develop behind a future Hall of Famer before potentially taking over the offense in the years ahead.
