Led and directed by Jessica Om since 2010. Sunset Beach Yoga provides light education on the practice/observance and philosophy of hatha Yoga + a 90 min suggestive guidance (vinyasa) asana flow to liberate stress, increase overall health/vitality, breathe better, increase flexibility, and over-all quality of human life-experience, to FEEL, and "Know" (beyond thinking) our inherent connection (non-divisibility) with and AS nature, the Uni-verse, "each-other," and sometimes having a blissful laugh about it all ;)
All SBY events are by donation... We believe in everyone having access to the education that liberates us from STRESS!

If you missed my (rare occurrence) in-studio classes this past Saturday, I will be subbing 2 more days at Anuttara Yoga Shala- Boca Raton this week——
You can join me TUESDAY &/or THURSDAY evening for:
(Heated) level 2-3 Vinyasa (6:15pm)
(Heated) all levels Raja/yin/meditation (7:45pm)

First class at the Shala is free.

Be prepared to work & SWEAT in vinyasa.
And be still and meditate in raja.

Looking forward to breathing (and sweating) with you.
