🍝 Go-to comfort food: Pasta or waffles — honestly, I don’t think I could pick just one! 😂

🌙 Morning person or night owl? Definitely a night owl! I’m much more productive once the sun goes down.

💪 What keeps me going on hard days? Reminding myself that when I push through the hard stuff, I’ll feel accomplished and satisfied when it’s done.

🎸 One skill I’d love to learn: I’d love to learn how to play the guitar!

Love to ride? Looking for something new to do with your horse?

San Juan Sparkles & Spurs is looking for new riders for our 2027 season!

Whether you've ever considered drill team before or you're simply looking for a new way to challenge yourself and your horse, this might be your opportunity to try something different.

No drill experience required.
Youth riders 9+ and adults welcome.

Open tryouts begin November 15 at 2:00 PM at the Mesa County Fairgrounds.

What a season it has been! 🤠🐴🇺🇸

We want to take a moment to say thank you to the Mesa County Fair, Montrose County Fair, Carbondale, Parachute, Durango, Ridgeway and all of the many other rodeos, and communities that welcomed our drill team this season.

It is such an honor to bring our horses, riders, and flags to your arenas and events. Every opportunity to perform, meet new people, and share our love of horses and the sport of drill is something we are truly grateful for.

Thank you for inviting us, supporting us, cheering us on, and giving our riders the opportunity to do what they love. We are already looking forward to where the road will take us next! ❤️🐎

🧀 Go-to comfort food: A nice big bowl of homemade mac and cheese. Nothing beats it!

🌅 Morning person or night owl? Definitely NOT a morning person 😂 But somehow, I get my best work done early!

🙏 What keeps me going on hard days? Knowing that God has a plan for me and that there’s something He has left just for me to accomplish. And honestly, knowing how accomplished I’ll feel once I tackle the hard stuff helps keep me moving forward.

📝 One skill I’d love to master: My endless to-do lists! 🤣 If anyone has figured out how to actually get to the bottom of one, please teach me!
