Secret’s out… WE’RE MOVING!!! ✨

Our LADS family is growing, and so is our studio home!!

Looking back at where we started and how far we’ve come in just short of 3 years, we feel so blessed. Our current studio has been home to so many firsts and special memories, so leaving it will definitely be bittersweet.

Through opening LADS, we’ve learned to trust God’s plan and His timing. We have prayed over this studio and its future, asking God to continue opening doors and leading us where He wants us… and we truly feel like He opened this one 🤍

We are SO excited for this next chapter and everything this new space will allow us to do for our dancers and families.

To everyone who has supported LADS along the way, THANK YOU!!! Every registration, referral, kind word, shared post, and family who has trusted us with their dancer has helped us get here.

We have so much more to share and can’t wait to take you along as our new studio home comes together! And don’t worry… we aren’t going far! 😉

Last up, meet Kylie!✨

Kylie has been dancing since the age of two and competed from ages 5–18, training in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, Acro, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Tap. She has performed in productions with Jefferson Ballet, including Alice in Wonderland, The Snow Queen, Coppélia, and The Nutcracker. 🩰

As a competitive dancer, Kylie earned the titles of Junior Miss Dance of Louisiana and Miss Dance of Louisiana, later placing 6th overall at Miss Dance of America and receiving the Highest Interview Award. She has also gained experience as a teacher, assistant, choreographer, and team leader.

Now a certified dance teacher and Dance Masters of America member, Kylie is currently attending LSU pursuing her degree in Physical Therapy. 🤍

We are SO excited to welcome Kylie to the LADS faculty this season! Her experience, passion, and heart for teaching will make such an impact on our dancers. We’re so lucky to have you, Kylie! 🫶🏼✨

The countdown is officially ON! We are just one week away from being back in the studio.

Next up, meet Ella! ✨

Ella began dancing at four years old and spent ten years building a strong foundation in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop. As a competitive dancer, she performed award-winning routines at regional and national competitions, earned numerous awards and scholarships, and had the opportunity to perform at The Dance Awards. 🤍

Ella was also a four-year member of the Denham Springs High School Jackettes, serving as Captain her junior year and Colonel her senior year. She continues to pursue her love for dance while attending LSU and working toward her goal of becoming a Registered Radiologic Technologist. She also dreams of earning a spot on the LSU Golden Girls and, one day, auditioning for the Radio City Rockettes! ✨

We are SO excited to welcome Ella to the LADS faculty this season! Her passion for dance, leadership, and working with young dancers makes her such a wonderful addition to our team. We know she’ll inspire and encourage our students every step of the way!

As we prepare for Season 4, we want to introduce you to some of our incredible new instructors!

First up, meet Addison King! ✨

Addison began dancing at just eight years old and spent the next ten years growing as a dancer, leader, and mentor. During her time at LA Dance Space, she trained competitively for four years, danced with LADS The Company for two seasons, served as Team Captain her senior year, and was named Student of the Year her junior year. 🤍

As a studio assistant for two years, Addison discovered her passion for teaching and mentoring younger dancers and we’re so excited to see that passion continue!

Today, Addison attends Southeastern Louisiana University, pursuing her Nursing degree with dreams of becoming a NICU Registered Nurse.

She gives all glory to the Lord for guiding her journey.

We are beyond excited to welcome Addison to the LADS faculty this fall! We know she will inspire, encourage, and love on our dancers while helping them grow both in and out of the studio.
