Self-care looks different depending on what your body needs. Here's how I can support you. 🧡

1:1 Myofascial Release
Personalized, hands-on, in-person sessions where we work with your body's specific patterns, restrictions, and areas of discomfort.

Tune-Up Tuesday
Weekly physical therapist-guided self-care you can do from home to work on mobility, tension, and those everyday aches and tight spots.

Elev8
Our 8-month Whole Body Healing Series with Dr. Lynn Duhe and me (first session is October 6!), exploring the connections between fascia, movement, stress, sleep, hormones, nutrition, nervous system support, and whole-body wellness.

Self-care doesn't have to mean doing ALL of these necessarily.

It means finding the kind of support that fits what you need right now, maybe that's an hour on my table, maybe it's 15 minutes at home with your favorite MFR ball, maybe it's learning more about WHY you're feeling the way you're feeling.

Not sure which one fits you? Send me a DM and let's figure it out together.

If you’ve been here for more than five minutes, you already know...
I LOVE this little ball.

It’s probably my favorite myofascial release self-care tool EVER.

It’s soft, simple, inexpensive, and you can use it almost anywhere to apply gentle, sustained pressure to areas that feel tight or restricted.

Your back is talking after a long car ride? Grab the ball.

Hips feeling tight after sitting all day? Grab the ball.

Shoulders carrying the weight of the world again? You know what I’m going to say...

Grab. The. Ball.

The key isn’t digging into your body as hard as you can. I teach slow, gentle pressure and giving your tissues time to respond.

And the BEST part?

You don’t need me standing next to you every time you use it.

That’s exactly the kind of self-care I want you to learn: simple tools that help you feel more confident taking care of your own body between appointments.

There’s a reason I use these with clients, teach with them, and even give them away.

Around here, we believe in the ball.

If you have fibromyalgia, you may know the frustration of feeling like your entire body is tender, tight, tired, or just...on high alert.

That’s one reason I love the GENTLE approach of myofascial release.

With fibromyalgia, more pressure isn’t necessarily better. MFR uses slow, sustained pressure rather than aggressively forcing or digging into painful areas.

For some people with fibromyalgia, myofascial release may help support:
• Reduced pain and tenderness
• Improved mobility and flexibility
• Less feelings of stiffness
• Relaxation and decreased muscle tension
• Improved quality of life

Research on myofascial release for fibromyalgia is still limited, but some studies have found improvements in pain and other symptoms—which is why I view it as one potential piece of a larger care plan, not a cure.

Most importantly, we work WITH your body and adjust based on how you’re responding that day.

If you’re living with fibromyalgia in the Denham Springs, LA area and looking for a gentle approach to bodywork, let’s talk about whether MFR could be a good addition to your care.

What if your fatigue, pain, poor sleep, digestive issues, stress, stiffness, and hormonal changes aren't a bunch of separate problems?

They're all happening in the same body.
And that's exactly why Dr. Lynn Duhe with and I created Elev8.

Elev8 is an 8-month Whole Body Healing Series running October 2026–May 2027, with live virtual sessions, recordings, practical exercises, and support to help you take an active role in understanding and caring for your body.

We'll explore everything from nervous system regulation and cellular nutrition to fascia, mobility, sleep, hormones, emotional wellness, environmental factors, and creating habits you can actually carry forward.

Elev8 begins this October, and registration is now open!

Long hours in the car mean your hips, low back, neck, and shoulders have been holding the same positions for miles.

So before you grab your Beaver Nuggets and get back on the road...give your body a few minutes, too.

Walk around.
Stretch gently.
Move your hips.
Roll your shoulders.
Take a few deep breaths.
Maybe dare be the “crazy lady” on the side of the parking lot with a yoga mat!

And if you want a little more guidance, follow for more Myofascial self care!

We’re taught that taking care of ourselves means doing MORE. MORE exercise, MORE stretching, MORE productivity, MORE pushing through.

But sometimes your body is asking for the exact opposite.

PAUSE long enough to even notice the tension in your shoulders.
PAUSE long enough to unclench your jaw (yep, it’s probably clenched right NOW).
PAUSE long enough to take a FULL breath.
Pause long enough to ask, “What does my body actually need right now?”

And sometimes, that pause looks like letting someone else take care of YOU for an hour.

Sometimes you just need to STOP so you can keep going. 🤍
