Had a great turnout yesterday from our guys helping at the Coffin Races at the day of the dead event here in Denton! Even got some crowd engagement and the kids loved it.

As much as we'd enjoy swimming, the fields are closed, so no practice tonight.

We have a question for you though - we want to know what your favourite rainy day alternate training session is for days like this. Are you a gym rat? Do you host your own cardio dance party? Or do you use it as a rest day? Let us know below!

Personally, yours truly likes to find virtual running routes on YouTube and hit the treadmill, or if I'm feeling nostalgic, YouTube has "Sweating to the Oldies" streaming, and who doesn't love the energy of Richard Simmons??
