Celebrating 250 yrs 🇺🇲 ❤️🤍💙 With that, we have a few announcements:

We will be open from 7am - 2pm! Please be courteous to our employees and other members during this time. It will be busy with traffic flow so we ask you to plan your workouts accordingly!

-Morning classes & morning childcare will remain

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do NOT come in 30 minutes till closing and expect a 45min-an hour workout while our employees finish their job duties. We understand that your favorite equipment may be in use that you're wanting for your workout so be patient and flexible! We also ask you to not take up so many machines in order for everyone to get their desired workout in!

Reminder:
Wipe off your equipment after use and put your weights back so that other people can use the machines after you!

We appreciate each and every one you and thank you for your respect! Have a safe and happy 4th of July!!
