Yes potty training is a big deal BUT it’s very important that you do not make it a big deal 😅😮‍💨 happy to say that we are fully potty trained for the most part and it’s so worth it but definitely a long journey to get there! Drop any questions or things that you found helpful throughout your toddlers potty training journey 🚽👇

High protein chicken salad 🥗 such an easy lunch option when you are too busy being mom 🤪

Chicken Salad:
✅ 30oz shredded chicken (3 breasts in crockpot, rotisserie chicken, pre shredded)
✅ 4 apples (I prefer honey crisp)
✅ 8 celery stalks
✅ 3/4 cup pecans
✅ 1/2 cup cranberries
Dressing:
✅ 1 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
✅ 2 tbsp honey
✅ 1 tbsp lemon juice
✅ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
✅ salt & pepper

Mix together in a big bowl then keep covered in the fridge. Serve with crackers, on a sandwich, as a side or by itself!

Enjoy 😋 tag me and let me know if you give it a try! 🤗
