Yoga Off the Mat

Thank you to all who have supported Yoga Off the Mat! This idea is still alive and thriving. Update on your founders - Kelsey Beeze is running the New York City Marathon this weekend and I just left Colorado to travel for the winter. When the weather gets warmer, you can expect some fun pop up classes in which the proceeds will go to support powerful causes. Feel encouraged to use this space as a place to offer suggestions, connect with other members, etc. and please, take your yoga off the mat and share it! Sending love and a big hug.
