A HUGE congratulations to Regan on her commitment to Johns Hopkins University! 🏑💙

Regan is the definition of a well-rounded student-athlete and someone who brings so much to the field every time she steps on it. Her speed and endurance allow her to make an impact on both sides of the ball, whether she’s creating opportunities on attack, distributing to her teammates, or working back defensively. She plays with great awareness, makes smart decisions, and is always looking for ways to make the players around her better.

What makes Regan even more special is how she is constantly putting time into her fundamentals and finding ways to improve her game. That same drive carries over into the classroom, where she works just as hard academically.

Regan is fast, skilled, coachable, and hardworking. Her commitment and work ethic have made her such a strong all-around player, and we know she is only going to continue getting better.

Johns Hopkins is getting a great one, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch Regan compete at the next level! 💙🏑

🚨Fall Programs Alert!🚨

Don’t miss your chance to join the Colorado Bears this fall! Registration for our youth field hockey programs closes August 23, so be sure to secure your spot before it’s too late.

🏑 Learn 2 Play (K–1st Grade)
A fun and supportive introduction to field hockey for girls and boys! Young athletes will build confidence, learn the fundamentals, and discover a love for the game.

🏑 Practice 2 Play League (2nd–5th Grade)
Perfect for field players and goalkeepers! Players enjoy one practice and one game each week, combining skill development with exciting game experience.

🏑 Interscholastic Middle School League (6th–8th Grade)
Designed for players whose middle school doesn’t offer field hockey. Athletes will participate in two practices each week (Denver or Boulder locations) and one game per week against other middle school teams.

Sophie is a true gamer, someone who always comes up with the ball in the biggest moments. Her instincts, composure under pressure, and relentless work ethic make her a defender every team wants on the field. She’s spent the summer at our skills sessions, and it’s been so rewarding to watch the improvements she’s made in both her hit and her first touch through her dedication and willingness to put in the EXTRA work.

Beyond her talent, Sophie is the kind of teammate who keeps everyone smiling. She brings energy and laughter to every training session, making those around her better both on and off the field.

The Colorado Bears Field Hockey Club is looking for coaches to join our Boulder program for the upcoming season (starting in September).🏑🐻

If you have experience playing or coaching field hockey and enjoy working with athletes, we’d love to connect. We’re currently looking for coaches for a variety of age groups, from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Her quick reactions, explosive movement, and fearless presence in the cage allow her to make game-changing saves, while her ability to read the play and communicate with her defense set her apart. She plays with the perfect balance of aggressiveness and patience, consistently putting herself in the right position to make the next save.

Beyond her talent, Leonah is the kind of goalkeeper every team wants behind them. Her confidence, communication, and trustworthiness give her teammates the confidence to play aggressively, and they love defending in front of her knowing she’ll always have their backs.

Her outstanding performance at the Fall 2025 Shooting Star Thanksgiving Tournament caught the attention of coaches from every NCAA division, and we’re thrilled to see her continue her academic and athletic career at Clarke University.
