For the longest time I thought I was just tired. Just getting older. Just dealing with it.
But chronic inflammation is real, and it's incredibly common in women over 40 β and most of us don't even know we have it.
Stiffness, fatigue, bloating, brain fog, skin changes, belly weight that won't budge β these are your body's signals, not your destiny.
