Hi, all who have liked this page/idea/concept. It is changing due to the fact that no one was showing up for the class, and I ended up having sort of a personal time of movement by myself which in some ways was good. It helped especially after the 2 surgeries I ha to get clear margins on my leg after a
sarcoma tried to be there at the end of last year into the 1st part of 2017.
It also became harder to get over to the Meditation Place during the time I had been paying for (10:30 to 11:30 am) with Dr.s appointments, planning my wedding (which just happen at the end of June) and more!
I am letting go of the time I had reserved in the space at the Meditation Place and will only "work" with folks who want to make a commitment to having a specific time to "mooooove"
by appointment and whenever it is available to be in the Meditation Place, which may vary.
Thank you for your interest and would love to hear ideas for
when we can still get together to move in additional ways, group walking around town, or...even some fun free form dancing with a little warm up stretching before and after?????
My original goal was to do some exercise that is not strenuous, and is fun...which the movement I wanted to bring into working with folks would be.
I plan to be opening up my Holistic Balance Health & Wellness Center by the end of this year and finishing my Wellness Coaching Certification by the end of August ....With the Holistic Balance Health & Wellness Center it may just be me starting out doing Auricular Therapy (utilizing points on the ears which help to restore balance or homeostasis to the body and gets the body to a state of wellness in that way). Then I will be adding in herbals, homeopathy, and more in order to be a full spectrum of holistic healing support modalities.
So the Movement aspect of what I do may shift to what I'll call Wellness Movement Time for both men and women!
A Woman of Movement will still be here to continue to encourage women (and men) of all ages to move in whatever way that makes them smile...be that walking, dancing, running, hiking, or just boogieing around the house, backyard or ?
See you a movin' !

Movement ~Dance ~Motion comes from my soul…an expression of who I am & who I know myself to be as a woman & as a being of value.
It puts a bigger smile on my face & more joy in my heart!” ~MJoy

A movement of Freedom! Self Expression! May we all be a woman of movement!
"I wasn't a ballet baby. My first dance class was in an outdoor pavilion when I was three. It was called 'creative movement.' The teacher gave us chiffon scarves in beautiful colors. She turned on some music and said, 'Now go dance.' So for me, dance has always been about self-expression."
~Carrie Ann Inaba (DWTS judge and dancer)
