I’m working on a certification dedicated toward women and the different life stages that affect our bodies. I was really looking forward to reading and learning more about training perimenopause and menopause women. So much great information so far and I’m not even half way through!

Come join us this summer for a family boot camp! Located near Bruce Randolph High School, this Boot Camp is meant for the whole family! Sessions are held Monday and Thursday at 8 AM. The workouts will be designed with kids in mind but if your child doesn’t want to participate there is also awesome babysitters that can help play games in the designated play areas. Workout 3 Wednesday (hinge/press)

Dead lifts

My personal workout for the day. I haven’t done heavy strength in about 2 months so it was rough. If you try it, make sure to pace yourself on the circuit because it’s a lot of reps.
