Big thanks to KinetikChain Denver Physical Therapy for all their help and partnership to get my body moving again! And with their help my partner and I were able to complete a bucket list item, a 40-mile ski race from Crested Butte to Aspen called the Grand Traverse!

I’ve had calf issues for years and tried other PTs who couldn’t pinpoint the issue… I just didn’t run and didn’t do all the activities I wanted to.

Since going to Kinetik Chain, I’ve run a half marathon and done a number of shorter skimo races. During training for the two big races (The Gothic and The Grand), I sprained my ankle then 4 weeks later I fell during the Gothic race partially tore my calf. I still finished but was devastated as we were still preparing for the Grand.
