💜 Today was our last staffed day.
We want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we navigate the uncertainty in these final weeks / days of AF on Colorado Blvd.
The Memories, Friendships, & Gainz made in this gym is a true testament of what happens when good people, attract other good people.
We are truly blessed and want to leave everyone with one last reminder - in a world where technology is the latest and greatest… Take Out Your Headphones! You never know who you could meet or how you could impact someone else around you.

Do you have any Healthy Habits?
Check out these 3 healthy habits that can be easy to add to your daily routine!
•Stretching!
Stretching for as little as 5 minutes before a workout is important for tight muscles and soreness. Stretching also helps with your range of motion and improves posture.
•Eating Enough!
Have you ever felt dizzy during a workout? It could be that you haven’t had a good energy intake to energy outtake which means that you might want to have a small snack so your body does quit on you.
•Walking!
Even just 30 minutes of walking or a jog is important for keeping your body active! Walking strengthens the heart which reduces the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and stroke.

Please help us give a official warm Welcome to Cara!
A few of you may have seen her around in the gym on Tuesday’s and Wednesday evenings in the office.
Cara recently passed her NASM Personal Training Certification as well as the NASM Nutrition Coach Certification! 👏🏼
She like Fitness because it develops more than just physical health. She believes Fitness enhances the psyche, emotional well-being, and self-esteem. It creates the ability to “show up” and face new challenges not only to the gym, but in life too. It is her form of meditation in motion.

Today is THE DAY!
Dave is competing in his first ever bodybuilding competition in the master’s division! He has trained HARD. He has been DISCIPLINED. He has COMPLETED the diet. He has PUT IN THE WORK.
We want to wish Dave Good Luck as he steps on stage today and tomorrow!
