Happy Tuesday. Here’s a nice sweaty mugshot. My days are getting busier, and just like most people when they get busy they tend to forget about exercise. I’ve been slacking. I can’t do that, I have goals set. So, take the time and do something active. I went on a run on my lunch break. Don’t limit yourself, don’t give yourself excuses. Get out there and move, I promise you’ll feel better when you do! Have a wonderful day!

A topic that comes up a lot is supplements. A great natural resource is Acetyl-L-Caritine which is an amino acid that is naturally made in your body. Two of the main benefits of (ALCAR):

What I learned this week - "Life is a marathon vs. a sprint" this applies to your workouts and life. There are no quick fixes, unless your heater goes out in the winter 😂

It’s International skeptics day. Here are some facts that some skeptics might question:
Fact #1: Weights help you lose body fat. Each lbs of muscle you gain you burn up to 50 more calories per day .
Fact #2. Women have 10 to 30X less testosterone than men, therefore they will naturally build muscle without bulking.
Fact #3: Reduce the risk of injury - using weights increases strength in connective tissues and joints to aid in injury prevention.

Flew to Miami for the day to continue my education. Learned a lot, got a good training session of my own in as well. Taking a quote from the man, “Familiarity breeds disrespect”. Never stop learning!
