Heat exhaustion can happen within anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours, depending on our level of hydration, activity level, and humidity levels. It's very important to recognize the signs and symptoms- heat exhaustion is a serious medical issue, and heat stroke can be deadly.
Older people, children, people without AC are vulerable; check in on them.

Cardiac arrest doesn't care about gender. Bystanders apparently do.
Studies show women are up to 14% less likely to receive bystander CPR than men β often due to fear, embarrassment, or hesitation about touching a woman's chest. That gap costs lives.
We train differently. Students here practice on female manikins, so when it's time to act, there's no hesitation β just confidence.
