TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT!! We are really excited, and we feel the excitement from all of you as well! Here are some important items to acknowledge:

-Opening Time: Doors open at 8:00, and the first round of performers begin at 9:30 sharp. Please get there early enough to support some of Denver’s very own local talent!

-Tickets: Online pre-sales will remain up all night. If you didn’t get a presale, do not worry - tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Please be sure to have your tickets ready when approaching the entrance, which you can either pull up from your confirmation email on your phone, or you can print your tickets on paper.

-Dress Code: A strict minimum dress code will be enforced at the door. Last thing we want is for anyone to be turned away, so if you are still not sure of what to wear, black tie or casual formal wear like a black button down shirt with a jacket or a black cocktail dress will be fine.

-Coat Check: There will be a coat check available for anyone who needs it. While rain or snow is not expected, we will have coat check available for those of you who are wearing revealing outfits and may need to cover up on the way to the ball.

-Parking: Most metered parking on the street should be free since today is Sunday, and there is a paid parking lot on the other side of the street from the venue. There is no parking permitted in the lot from the east side of the venue, as it is for management, staff, and event personnel only.

-VIP Guests: Entrance to the VIP designated areas is located on the left side of the stage. Your laminates will be in the gift bags, and the gatekeeper for the VIP entrance will be checking VIP wrist bands only. Gift bags can be retrieved at any time from the Arbitrarium’s vendor booth, located in the south wing of the venue.

If you have a question or need assistance at the event itself, do not hesitate to talk to a venue security officer or one of the individuals wearing a staff laminate that is pictured.
