Picture volcanoes on the horizon, warm mornings on the lake, and a cacao ceremony led by a local Guatemalan ceremonialist who has been holding this medicine long before any of us found it. Meals are made by local chefs using what’s grown and loved right there. Yoga, ceremony, connection, and a lot of slowing down.

And this one is co-ed, so bring your partner, your best friend, your person. Once you land, everything is taken care of. You just get yourself to the airport, and we handle the rest.

Just like that, Breathe & Breeze Sandy is complete 🌲🥹😭

We wrapped our second weekend at the base of Mt. Hood yesterday, and it’s so bittersweet to close this chapter. Time didn’t fly, it FLEW. Tears were shed, memories made❤️ THANK YOU to every woman who came & shared. Remember, we can do hard things!

Every weekend brings something totally different, and somehow it’s always exactly what the universe called for.

Weekend one 💛
10 women, three groups of lifelong friends. Big laughs and deep roots.

Weekend two 🌧️
5 women who had never met. Three yoga teachers, lots of methodology talk, rain on the roof, and strangers turned friends by Sunday.

Two different experiences. Both truly perfect.

Thank you to every woman who said yes to herself this September 🤍

One weekend down, one beginning tonight, and my heart is so full 🥹

Last weekend (September 17–20), 10 women, Women’s Coach | Brittany Nelson, and our incredible chef Sami Turner turned a house in the Oregon woods into something I’ll be thinking about for a long time 🌲 Fire circles, hot tub nights, reiki, sound healing, and a lot of laughing until we cried 😂 To every woman who came: thank you for trusting me with your weekend and for trusting each other so fast. You made it what it was 🤍

And now we get to do it all again ✨ Breathe & Breeze Round 2 kicks off this evening in Sandy, Oregon, September 24–27. To the women arriving today: I cannot wait to hug you. Come as you are. We’ve got you 🌿

Still in awe of this weekend ✨

September 17–20 brought together 10 incredible women, one extra yoga teacher Women’s Coach | Brittany Nelson, and our amazing chef Sami Turner, and I’m honestly still floating.

Yes, the yoga was beautiful. The fire, the hot tub, the reiki, the sound healing… all pure magic. But my favorite moments? The in-between ones. The quiet conversations, the belly laughs, the way strangers became soul sisters over a shared meal. When women come together, something sacred happens, and I got to witness it all weekend long 🤍

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every woman who showed up, opened up, and let herself be held. I’m honored to have shared this space with you.

And guess what… we get to do it ALL over again this week with a brand new circle of women, September 24–27. I can’t wait. Stay tuned 🌿
