Heading into the long weekend, take note of our Labor Day schedule!

Classes will run normally on Saturday and Sunday. Monday’s schedule will be modified to 7:15a & 8:15a only.

We’re bringing in some outside expertise this week!

Tomorrow evening (8/31), Dr. Kristina will be joining us to run 3D movement assessments during our 4:30 & 5:30pm classes.

If you’re curious about what’s really going on with your mobility, or that nagging pain that just won’t let up, Dr. Kristina is the person you want to see!

Please join us in celebrating the life of our friend, Jeff Carlin. Our class this Saturday, July 25th at 8:30am will be in Jeff’s honor, with a Cheesman park hang to follow at 11 am. Bring a dish to share 🫶🏻

It is with a heavy, heavy heart that we share the passing of our cherished member and friend, Jeffrey Carlin.

Jeffrey is the most disciplined, hardworking, and supportive individual we’ve had the pleasure of knowing. To say he was a staple in our community undersells the impact he had. He showed up on the days it would have been easier to stay home gave 100%, and still somehow pushed the person next to him to do the same. Beyond showing up for himself, he showed up for his people - every milestone, every community event, every race, every challenge. Our studio will not be the same without him.

As this is being posted, we are still uncertain of how we can support his family and loved ones through such a devastating time, and will share details once they are available.

In the meantime, you can honor Jeff by taking a class (or 3 in a day), saying yes to that race you’ve been wanting to do, or embodying his drive by showing up as a slightly better version of yourself than you were the day before.

You will be deeply missed, Jeff. You’ll forever hold that #1 spot on our leaderboard 🕊️
