Sean is a highly experienced performance coach with over 11 years of expertise, practicing under the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His passion for fitness and sports performance began early as he competed at a high level in the national youth tennis circuit. During that time, Sean realized the critical role of holistic health and fitness in maximizing athletic potential, igniting his journey as a fitness professional at the age of 20. Outside of sports performance, Sean works with many adults looking to benefit their overall fitness needs in both private and group settings.
