🌄 Yesterday we had Coach Ryan sharing with you some different exercises and strategies we've given to our clients that have produced some great results in knee rehab!
🦵🏾We have several clients and talk to others who struggle with chronic knee pain. That might be from previous injuries, wear and tear from Sports and running over the years or simply a sedentary life causes consistent knee pain.
🗣️All that being said, we have great results with our clients who use this approach to build out their knees, it's our go-to process.
🔐We've found it is of great benefit for everybody who consistently adds these exercises to their routines.

❓Today's topic is: Ryan, do you eat carbs?
👨🏾Coach has had a few friends and clients ask about whether he eats carbs or not.
🌾 The answer is yes and he broke down which carbs and when in today's live broadcast. The primary focus is more so related to his fasting practice that has resulted in him moving back to single digits in body fat percentage.
🤤 He does enjoy cake too, so don't get us confused with not having an enjoyable lifestyle. It comes down to how you go about it. And when you figure it out for yourself, it gets simpler to do!
