February kicked my ASS dude.
It was filled with some pretty nice moments too though so I’m not complainin’. 😌
It is officially wedding month!!!! Honestly I can’t believe it. A two year engagement certainly reduced our stress, but it also took foreeeeever to get here.
With the wedding and honeymoon coming up, and my general dread around producing content, I have decided to step back from posting consistently on the grid for a bit.
But don’t worry, I’m still here irl doing the lord’s work (helping women see their worth through strength training and non-diet based nutrition coaching) so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need me. 😘

As we get into the thick of the “new year, new me” posts, let’s talk about body goals.
First, let me say: I don’t think there is anything inherently wrong with having aesthetic based goals, and I’m not here to judge you for that.
But, I am here to encourage you to also set some goals that have nothing to do with how your body looks, and focus more on how you want your body (and mind) to feel.
Because that is something most of us have a little more control over, and it will carry through every stage of life (even the ones when our body will inevitably change).
I know it’s hard out here, and there are always so many outside pressures and influences that make us feel like we can’t be who we are in this moment.
I’ll always be here to remind you of all of the value that you bring to this world.
