At OTG we help people from all walks of life reach their fitness and performance goals!

We work with athletes aged 12-18 as well as adults looking to improve their performance in the game of life. The goal of our program is to elevate the performance of each individual in our coaching program. As long as you are motivated and willing to push yourself we will tailor fit a traininig program to fit your specific goals and needs.

We’re excited to officially announce that our next RISE Program cohort begins June 1st.

This 6-week program was built specifically for middle school athletes during one of the most important stages of development - not just physically, but mentally as well.

At this age, athletes don’t need random workouts or excessive intensity. They need coaching. They need an environment where they can learn proper movement, gain confidence, and begin building habits that will serve them for years to come.

That’s what RISE is all about.

Over the course of 6 weeks, athletes will learn:

✅ Proper lifting technique
✅ Speed and movement fundamentals
✅ Coordination and body control
✅ How to train with confidence and intention
✅ What it means to work hard the right way

Most importantly, they’ll be coached in a positive environment where they feel supported, challenged, and encouraged.

We intentionally keep this program small so every athlete receives a high level of coaching and attention.

The next cohort begins June 1st and spots are limited.

Big things are happening at The OTG!

We are in the process of a full expansion and renovation of our training facility.

To celebrate we are throwing down the only way we know how…by training hard and pushing each other!

On Monday May 25th @ 9AM all are welcome to join us for The Murph Workout and to see the brand new OTG!

Everyone is welcome to join - clients, alumni, friends, families, and anyone who wants to check out our training facility.
