Moovment Class is back this Friday 12-1:15pm
This winter season, we will begin with
Ilan Lev Movement floor lesson
that moves into a guided standing practice,
ending with a rich space for improvisation.

This CLASS is helpful for dancers, athletes, yogis needing to create effortlessness
Or for neighbors, friends or anyone who loves to move better. All are welcome. The class, like the world, gets better with more perspectives of people in the room.

We are so excited to see our wee contemporary modern ballet dancers.

We are ready to welcome them back into the dance studio to explore embodied movement, new ballet steps, a good story and of course making a new winter dance this season.
