The Race at Sidney Cycle Association was one for the record books; Record heat that is.
If you were there, you are Webster’s definition of a die hard. Die hard means strongly or fanatically determined or devoted, and it can also mean continuing resistance against hopeless odds.
The usual RMVMC comradery was on full display, likely fueled by the shared knowledge that we were all certifiably insane.
Combining classes to shorten the day led to never before seen battles. The track surface, a pebbly, sandy type soil worked well for the dry, hot day, creating minimal dust while maintaining traction.
As always, thank you to all the riders, families, volunteers, and track workers who endured the discomfort to contribute to another fantastic RMVMC event. If you missed the race at Sidney, you won’t want to miss the next one at Sterling. It is going to be monumental.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS – Vintage MX Race at Mosca CANCELED 🚨
We regret to announce that the Vintage MX race, to be held at Mosca on June 28th, has been canceled due to circumstances beyond the club's control.
We understand this is disappointing news and appreciate the time, effort, and planning many of you have put into preparing for this event.
The club will be reviewing options to determine whether a makeup date can be scheduled or if an alternative race can be added to the series at a later time.
We look forward to seeing you at Round 4, Sidney Cycle Assc. in Lodgepole, NE on July 26th!

Thunder Valley Race Recap 🏁
WOW! What an incredible day at Thunder Valley.
We were excited to see record rider counts, full vintage and modern gates, and great racing all day long. The energy at the track was outstanding, and it was fantastic to see so many riders, families, and friends come together.
A few highlights from the day:
• Motocross legend Arlo Englund joined us and raced.
• The Ne3n Works medals were a huge hit.
• The Outlaw Race made its debut and brought six riders to the gate.
• We were honored to recognize Dave Danko as our RMVMC Colorado Motocross Heritage Honoree, with several Colorado motocross legends in attendance.
• We even received a surprise visit from The MOTO Legends YouTube channel.
Most importantly, Thunder Valley showcased what RMVMC is all about: great racing, great people, and a passion for motocross that spans generations.
