Yesterday I was here. Feeling small but profound. Traveling on the road with my family is a magical experience. While challenging at times, I wouldn’t change it. Sunday I’ll be at yoga. Hoping to still feel small but profound. With my movements. My breaths. My actions. Small things make big impacts 🌱

Sometimes we need the reminder to step back and take a different perspective. Simplify. Connect. Ground. It’s too easy to complicate things. I’m challenging myself to see things as my 6yr old does.

Join us, he’ll be there, on Sunday at 10am for a simplified but challenging flow. Connect with your community and self to see what growth can come of it… or maybe not. No pressure.
