With tickets for the Denver HYROX dropping soon (May 19th), we're running the official HYROX Physical Fitness Test on Saturday, May 16th at the 9AM class.
Whether you're thinking about signing up and want to figure out which division is right for you, you want to test how the race might feel, or you don't care at all and just want to sweat, this will get the job done!
For time:
- 1,000m Run
- 50 Burpee Broad Jumps
- 100 Stationary Lunges
- 1,000m Row
- 30 Hand-Release Push-Ups
- 100 Wall Balls (14 lb men / 10 lb women)
Friends are welcome to drop-in and can sign up on the website.
