Last but certainly not least meet Dr. Christopher Dorsa!!
Dr. Christopher Dorsa is the founder of Dorsa Chiropractic and a dedicated chiropractor with specialized training in sports injuries, prenatal care, spinal cord injuries, auto accident recovery, and overall wellness. His journey into chiropractic began after enduring multiple surgeries and witnessing firsthand the transformative power of chiropractic care.

A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, CA—with a strong focus on sports medicine—Dr. Dorsa combines his background in athletics, coaching, and personal training to offer a unique, functional approach to recovery and performance. He’s passionate about helping patients feel better, move better, and live pain-free through personalized care plans and evidence-based techniques.

Meet Dr. William Jones, aka Dr. Wijy!!!

Dr. William Jones, known by “Wijy”, was born and raised in Maryland. Dr. Wijy grew up very active, playing soccer, baseball, and swimming and eventually specializing in soccer. With interests in both injury and strength and conditioning, he decided to study Exercise Science at Salisbury University in Maryland where he played varsity soccer and eventually earned All-Conference and All-Region honors, before going to New York Chiropractic School to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic.
With over 10 years of clinical practice, Dr. Wijy has built his clinical skill set around not only manual therapies like joint manipulation, dry needling, and IASTM, but has focused on communication, empathy, reassurance, and building resilience in people who suffer from injuries and/or pain. He also has built a great knowledge base in evidence based weight management and nutrition, as well as personal training/strength and conditioning. Sports injuries, strength sports, and chronic pain continue to be areas of special interest for his practice.

Alexis is our newest addition to the Dorsa brands, offering aesthetic services through Dorsa Skincare which is conveniently located within our office. Alexis is originally from Florida but has called Denver home since 2019. A graduate of Aveda Institute Denver, her passion for skincare began in high school when she first discovered her love for the industry. When she’s not perfecting her craft, she also enjoys snowboarding, visiting her family back in Florida, and preparing delicious home-cooked meals.

Meet Tia Bagwell our Office Manager!!
Tia came from Northern Kentucky to pursue her degree in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University. After graduating and trying out a few different jobs in the service industry, she settled in as the office manager for a local motorcycle dealership. Now with eight years of experience managing a small business, she is excited to help our company perfect our processes and get the operations running smoothly! Outside of the office you can find Tia in the mountains snowboarding through the trees and sitting in I70 traffic coming home. But if she isn’t on the slopes you’ll probably see her at a local concert dancing the night away. For downtime she enjoys getting crafty with projects at home and soaking up the sun at Wash Park.

Meet Sofia Galeano our Chiropractic Assistant!!
Sof is a Biochemistry major on the pre-med track who brings a calm, friendly energy to our team. With experience as a CNA and a caregiver for children with Autism and developmental disabilities, she’s deeply passionate about patient-centered care and it shows in every interaction. Sof is fluent in Spanish and always eager to lend a hand wherever she’s needed! Outside the office, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and making her own jewelry. She loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and her cat, Milo.

Meet Valeria Acosta our front desk assistant!! 🌟

Valeria joined us in 2024 as a part-time front desk assistant. She grew up in Colorado and is currently working hard towards her nursing degree. When she’s not hitting the books for school, she loves spending time on the lake with her family and watching all of the latest TikTok videos. Her bubbly and creative personality, combined with her fluency in Spanish, makes her a fantastic asset in helping us connect even better with our Spanish-speaking patients.
