Injury prevention starts with the basics: warming up, building skills gradually, taking breaks, staying hydrated, and listening to your body. At HERO Kids Sports, our coaches support each child with encouraging, non-competitive play that helps HEROs build coordination, confidence, teamwork, and a love for movement.
