Summer camps don't just happen — they're built. 🔨💪

Long before the first HERO stepped onto the field this summer, our team was hard at work behind the scenes.

From planning coach schedules, coordinating partnership programs, private camps, weekly park classes, birthday parties, DPS & Jeffco programs, and HERO Summer Camps, to building curriculum, training coaches, completing CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, and conducting a full equipment inventory — every detail is carefully planned to create an incredible experience for our HEROs.

At HERO Kids Sports, preparation matters. The trust our families place in us is something we never take for granted.

Summer is officially underway, and we couldn't be more excited to kick off another season of fun, friendship, confidence-building, and sports!

HERO Summer Camp Week #2 Rewind! Camp was full of energy this week, and it was great to see kids staying active, making new friends, and having fun in a positive, structured environment. Coaches loved the excitement and enthusiasm the campers... We had a few timid HEROs arrive for their very first summer camp experience ever! Within about an hour of getting to know their coaches, making new friends, and jumping into activities, they were off and HERO running (literally!). 450 HERO kiddos showed up and gave everything they had at the Dash for Dollars Fun Run, and the energy was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the opening circle to the finish line celebrations, watching this community come together was everything HERO is about.

We love being part of events like this, supporting local schools, keeping kids active, and creating moments they will remember. Thank you, Carson Elementary, for nine years of partnership and for trusting us to bring the HERO spirit to your community year after year!
