How to get started at p.s., depending on what you prefer and what your body's needs are.
If you're brand new to Pilates or are working through injuries, we usually recommend starting with an introductory private session.
Your first private is just $50 and usually in this initial private session, the teacher can help you get acquainted with the equipment we use in group classes, go over any injury modifications you might need and answer any questions you have.
If you feel you're ready to jump into a group class setting, your first 2 group classes with us are just $25! Great classes to start with are:
p.s. Fundamentals (Highlands studio)
Monday Movement (Highlands studio)
Stretch & Strengthen (both studios)
p.s. Happy Hour (both studios)
We only have 7 spots available in each class. This smaller class size is intentional so our instructors can ensure a safe and high quality experience for you.
If you're interested in a class that's full, adding yourself to the waitlist will mean youre the first in line for the next available spot.
You will always get an email letting you know if and when you make it into class from the waitlist.

Both studio locations will be closed in observance of Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th.
We honor and rememer those who have served.
See you in the studios soon!
