Hi, I’m Bryan, the coach behind Big Rig Fitness and a dedicated Denver personal trainer specializing in strength training and functional fitness. I help clients build strong, capable bodies that perform in the gym and thrive in real life.
I’ve proudly called Colorado home for the past 10 years. Like many who live in the Denver area, I was drawn here by the mountains, the music, and the opportunity to live an active, outdoor lifestyle. I’m an avid skier and have been on the slopes since I was three years old, so I understand firsthand the importance of building strength, endurance, and resilience for Colorado living.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach serving the Denver community, my passion for fitness goes far beyond certifications. I know what it feels like to struggle with weight and body image. Growing up, I faced those challenges myself. That experience shaped how I coach today—with empathy, balance, and a sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition.
Over the years, I’ve learned how to build strength, develop confidence, and maintain balanced nutrition without extremes. Yes, that includes enjoying donuts and candy without guilt. My philosophy as a Denver fitness coach is simple: sustainable habits create lasting results.
