We are hiring for multiple positions!

Do you thrive in a high energy, high quality youth program environment? ABC has opportunity for you. We are seeking candidates for the following roles:

• Team ABC Coach (Select Track)
• Summer Camp Instructor
• Experienced Routesetter

As a provider of a fun, secure, and community focused climbing facility for children and families, we feel an obligation to stay open on Friday, January 30th. Additionally, ABC will be donating 100% of all Open Gym proceeds from this Friday to the Colorado Rapid Response Network to support our community members working to keep Colorado safe and hold ICE accountable.

TEAM ABC WINTER ASSESSMENTS: 1/17/26

Are you a youth climber curious about what Team ABC has to offer? 
Are you a current ABC Kids class or club climber interested in taking your climbing to the next level? 
Are you outside Team ABC and looking to join Team ABC? 

If yes to any of the above, this Team Assessment is for you! Climbers will run through lessons, drills, and activities, receiving coaching from Team ABC staff. Our goal is to assess whether or not the Team is best for the climber, and if so, to place climbers on the team that best fits their needs all while providing a fun & positive assessment environment where every climber will learn something from a coach! Note that while climbing skills are considered, coaches also evaluate social skills, intrapersonal skills, and coachability.

Announcing: FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

ABC is launching Friday Night Lights, a mock competition series for youth athletes geared toward providing athletes the competitive pressure and developing strategies for managing it effectively.

The first FNL will be Friday, November 7th. This event is free for all Team ABC athletes and $30 for athletes of other teams, and includes gym access, mock comp, and time to session on the boulders with all athletes. Group rates are available for teams bringing 6+ athletes.

We need your help!
Join us Saturday, November 1st and volunteer for our Youth Bouldering Qualifying Event.
Comps like this one run smoothly and on time due to our amazing community of athletes, families, and supporters. We’ll have a coffee cart, snacks, and some other goodies available for all volunteers, whether you’re a night owl or an early bird.
