PLEASE READ: CABLE ISSUE ON BF11 UNITS

Hey all - the solar cable that connects the solar panels to the camera is TOO SHORT - it is 3" shorter than it should be. This is a production issue that is present on all of the units that arrived in this last shipment.

We will be working with the manufacturer to get an extension cable that can be added to the end to extend it.

Please do not deliver/sell these units until we have the extension cable as it's not possible to connect the cable to the roof. If you have customers that have already picked up a back order, we would recommend that you contact them to let them know of the issue as they will not be able to assemble the feeder completely as is.

We will keep you posted with a timeline as to when we can send out the extension cables to be added to the units.

For those orders that have been shipped out, we will reset the invoice date to the date we ship the cable extensions.

For back orders that we have not shipped out yet (as we're waiting to receive them from the port), we will modify those units BEFORE we ship them out, so they will already have the extension installed in the box.
